"An energetic Rollercoaster." Book your energy ride - Keynote
Over 20 years, listening to 1000+ talks where I have studied the best speakers in the world. Why do we listen to some people for an hour and we do not get bored? With others, we fall asleep after a minute.
The difference is just hard and relentless work on speaking. I have trained it on every occasion. Storytelling, anecdotes, diagrams, colors, texts, body language, voice and so much more play a role in Keynotes.
"A good keynote does not just happen. It is hard work."
Psst...do not tell anybody - for me, it is pure FUN.
Here are four examples of Keynote that I am passionately talking about in your team, organization, and company to ignite the motivation, or to inspire.
1. Have you found your strengths and superpower?
Book a motivational Keynote on how to find your superpower and on how to stand out in the Job Game. Also available in a Video Call.
1. Unleash your strengths - Find your Superpower - your Stand-Out Zone.
We know it all - a job interview and then this question: "Name three strengths and weaknesses of yourself." Then often answers follow like: "I am a perfectionist etc."
Boring, predicatable, and for sure not true.
The harsh truth is:
By superpower I mean this one thing that you can do best - better than anybody else. Your distinctive mark for what you are known and all people call you because of this.
Most often we climb the corporate ladder and work in an existing system. It's all about fitting and performing in this system.
But how about finding your personal STAND-OUT Zone?
2. The root cause of most problems is lack of communication.
Get a fresh reminder on communication and the pitfalls of every day life. Also available in a Video Call.
EGO eats success for breakfast - A reminder about the importance of communication
We know all this one person with the I know it all attitude. Funny enough the younger we are the more this attitude is present. This leads to a clash and most often misunderstanding.
When situations become tight we fall back into our basic behavior patterns. Things like will, opinion, and control appear very strong and this is seen and heard when we communicate.
Get a nice overview of communication and the common pitfalls. How do we recognize somebody with a big ego and how to handle it? What is the difference between an introvert and an extrovert?
Did you know that it is not so important what you say? It's more important how you say it.
3. The fairy tale about passion. Start with where you are good at.
I love racing, basketball, or astronomy and I am passionate about it. Still I not a race driver, NBA Player or an astronaut. Learn why passion is not the beginning. Also available in a Video Call.
Jobs, Bezos, or Musk did not start with passion.
The big three started with things they were good at. When you are good at something, then success sets in. With success, you get better and better, and finally, you become the best in what you do.
The problem with this is obvious: The younger you are the less you know what you are good at.
There are three possible ways to find out where are good at - at any age. Don't mix it with the old saying of the dog and the new trick. Here it is not about a trick.
It is never too late to learn something about yourself.
4. Book a Keynote with a future or timeless topic
You need an inspiration for your team or department? Feel free to ask about your favorite topic. Also available in a Video Call.
